Payment Methods: Buildpro.store offers various payment options, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All credit/debit card details are kept confidential. Shankara Buildpro Limited. and our payment gateways ensure the security of your card information through encryption.

There are no hidden charges when making a purchase. The prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

We accept VISA and MasterCard, both Indian and foreign cards (though international transactions are not supported). The purchase limit is based on the limit set by your card issuer.

Shipping & Warranty Policies: All products sold on Buildpro.store come with the manufacturer’s warranty and will be serviced by the manufacturer.

Estimated delivery times may vary between products. You can check the delivery time and product availability by entering your PIN code.   

• 7-Day Delivery:Items marked as "In Stock" typically have a delivery time of 7-10 business days if serviced by the manufacturer’s channel partners. For areas outside these networks, delivery may take 10-15 days depending on the location. Business days do not include public holidays or Sundays.
• More than 21 Days Delivery: Some products are imported from outside India and may take 21 or more days to arrive. The exact delivery time will be displayed on the product page.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is not available for sale, you can contact us, and we will notify you when it becomes available.

Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email and SMS with the order details. Once the item is shipped, they will receive another email with shipping information.

If an order is cancelled, customers will be notified via SMS. All deliveries are processed through transport and channel partners. In areas without channel partners, local transport services will be used. If the order contains critical items, we will work with you to arrange delivery at an alternate location.

All products must be inspected at the time of delivery for any incidental damages. Only manufacturing defects will be accepted after delivery and payment are completed.

The price listed on the website is final and includes all taxes. Warranty terms follow Shankara Buildpro Limited’s policies.

Items marked "In Stock" are typically shipped within 12-15 business days. Items that need to be procured or imported may take 6-8 weeks. If an item is unavailable, Buildpro.store will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

In case of pricing errors due to oversight, we will communicate with the customer to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

Buildpro.store does not offer international shipping, but orders can be placed from anywhere in India.
