Buildpro.store Return & Exchange Policy

At Buildpro.store, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you through our return, exchange, and cancellation process.

General Terms:

• All physical products sold on Buildpro.store, except for electronic items, are covered under our Warranty Policy and will be replaced according to the terms outlined.
• We aim to ensure timely delivery of products and materials based on your order details, dispatch times, and the terms of supply by Buildpro.store or the supplier.
• Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of delivery under the terms below.

Returns:

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, you can return it.
2. Defective or Malfunctioning Products: If the received product is defective or malfunctioning, you are eligible for a return.
3. Tampered or Opened Package: If the package appears to be open or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept it. Contact Buildpro.store Customer Care at +91-7411773709, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Replacement Unavailability: If you request a replacement and the supplier is unable to provide one, we will issue a refund instead. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges and Replacements:

Exchanges and replacements are offered under the following terms:

• Full Product or Partial Replacement: Replacements can be for the entire product or parts of it, subject to availability from the manufacturer.
• Delivery Inspection: Products must be inspected at the time of delivery for any damages. Claims will only be entertained for manufacturing defects after delivery.
• Size or Color Issues: If the replacement is requested due to size or color issues, the vendor's agreement is required. In such cases, the customer will bear the shipping and replacement charges. No refund of excess amounts will be provided, but the refundable value can be used for future purchases on Buildpro.store.

The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped after verification and approval from the manufacturer’s service engineer or regional customer care head. They will contact the customer within 48 hours.

Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Incidental damage caused by product malfunction.
• Return requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
• Products with missing or tampered parts or packaging.
• Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and all items originally included with the product.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Partial Cancellations or Modifications: If a customer wishes to cancel or modify part of their order, they should contact Buildpro.store Customer Care immediately. A new order will be generated for the modified quantities.
2. Cancellation Timing: Cancellation or modification requests must be initiated before the item is dispatched.

Note: All orders are subject to acceptance by Buildpro.store or the supplier.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed under these circumstances:

• If the item is unavailable from Buildpro.store or the supplier, a full refund will be issued.
• If the item is available, a 2% gateway charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

No Returns:

The following categories are not eligible for returns:

• Sanitaryware, Walls & Floorings, Showers & Wellness, Kitchen Decor.
• Fragile Items such as sanitaryware, kitchenware, mirrors, microwaves, barbeques, water heaters, shower cubicles, steam rooms, bathtubs, tiles, and similar fragile products.
