Return Policy
All physical products sold on Buildpro.store, except electronic items, are covered under our Warranty Policy and will be replaced as per the terms.
Buildpro.store will strive to ensure timely delivery of products and materials according to the customer's order details, dispatch times, and the terms of supply outlined by Buildpro or the supplier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
RETURNS:
Product returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The delivered products are incorrect.
- If the received products are found to be defective or malfunctioning.
- If the package appears to be open or tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Buildpro.store Customer Care at +91-9900851111, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
In cases where a customer requests a replacement and the supplier does not have the replacement available, a refund will be issued instead. The customer must accept the refund in place of a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
REPLACEMENTS:
- Replacements can be for the entire product or parts of the product, subject to availability from the manufacturer.
- Replacement is offered only for products sold on Buildpro.store.
- Products must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery for any damages. After delivery, only claims for manufacturing defects will be entertained.
- If the replacement is due to size or colour issues, it will only be considered if the vendor agrees. In such cases, the customer will bear the shipping and replacement charges. No refund of excess amounts will be provided; instead, customers can use the refundable value for other purchases on Buildpro.store.
- To get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via email at customer@buildpro.store or call +91-9900851111 within three days of delivery.
- The defective product or part will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped only after verification and approval by the manufacturer’s service engineer or regional customer care head. They will contact the customer within 48 hours.
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Incidental damage caused by product malfunction.
- Return requests made more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Products with missing or tampered parts and packaging.
- Damage or defects not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, and all items originally included with the product.
CANCELLATIONS: Product Cancellations are accepted under the following
conditions:
Partial Cancellations/Modifications:
If a customer wishes to partially cancel or modify an order, they should contact Buildpro.store Customer Care immediately. A new order will be generated for the modified quantities.
Note:
- Cancellation or modification requests must be initiated before the item is dispatched.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Buildpro or the supplier.
REFUNDS:
If the item is not available from Buildpro.store or the supplier, a full refund will be provided. If the item is available, gateway charges (2%) will be deducted from the refund amount.
NO RETURNS:
The following categories are not eligible for returns:
- Sanitaryware, Walls & Floorings, Showers & Wellness, Kitchen Decor, and other fragile items such as sanitaryware, kitchenware, mirrors, microwaves, barbeques, water heaters, shower cubicles, steam rooms, bathtubs, tiles, and similar fragile products.
