  • What is Shankara Buildpro’s return policy?

Our 100% Buyer Protection Program allows easy returns for products that do not match the description or photo on the website, and for items that arrive damaged, defective, or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with the bills and labels attached.

  • How do I raise a dispute for an order?

You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to online@shankarabuildpro.com with images of the broken, defective, or damaged products. Be sure to include your order number in the email. If you are a registered customer, you can also sign in to your Shankara Buildpro account to raise a dispute (this is the easier method). Returns will not be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

  • When will I be refunded?

For reverse pickup orders, the refund process will be initiated once the item is collected by our courier partner. For self-shipped orders, the refund will be processed once the item reaches our warehouse. The refund amount will be credited to your Shankara Buildpro account within 3 to 5 working days.

  • What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on the product. Most items have free delivery within India, but some may incur additional shipping costs.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 7 working days, and for international orders, it is 15 to 20 working days. All orders are typically shipped within 4 to 5 days from the warehouse.

We aim to process all deliveries through reputable courier companies such as Blue Dart, Aramex, E-come, DTDC, DHL, and FedEx. If your PIN code is not serviceable by these couriers, we will use Indian Speed Post for the delivery.
